  • Orchestrated a new Consumer Security & WiFi Management subscription service and mobile application (API) that included 2 vendor cloud services over the Consumer Access Network embedded in router firmware that is targeted for $1.5 million in new revenue for consumer business in the first full year.
  • Demonstrated IT and Telecom Engineering architectural technical expertise for new services and provided accurate business analysis for product value and managed backlog.
  • Generated a collaborative process for establishing trusting relationships with key leaders from across the business, IT & Engineering development and with external technical vendors critical to the success of the product including SharePoint/Teams 365 sites for maximized communication to build the right things at the right time.   • As contracted by a Governor Executive Order (OIT), led Implementation of statewide Multi-Use Network in supporting the partnership with its public/private partner(s). This included supporting 64 counties for statewide ATM-WAN-Internet Service for State of Colorado Multi-Use Network (MNT). Created the product branding to create a professional looking service model and produced a product & support web site. Produced legislative reporting metrics, data model development and report creation. Quoted, sold and project managed all orders to Qwest (Fiber/T-1/ATM) for all non-state agencies for the program.
  • OIT E-Rate consultant and marketing management for over 181 school districts/libraries and became the 2nd largest internet provider for Colorado for the program.
  • Generated a program that enabled high speed internet access and video conferencing for distance learning service or the East Central BOCES (Board of Cooperative Educational Services).
